Chairman's Message in Compliance

Despite the development of the electricity industry, our values regarding collaboration, management, and integrity, remain unchanged, and these fundamentals will continue to be the core and cornerstone of all our decisions. Through our constant endeavor to enhance the confidence of employees, customers, suppliers, and all categories and companies (local and foreign) dealing with us, it is imperative that we continuously update and strengthen procedures that contribute to showing complete transparency in all our business.

It is for each of us to monitor compliance with the ethics and codes of professional conduct of EEHC and its subsidiaries not only in order to comply with applicable laws, but also to ensure compliance with the principles and ethics of dealing. We also encourage all employees to submit all their inquiries if they notice any activity that is considered professional misconduct, bearing in mind that the policy of the Egyptian Electricity Holding Company and its subsidiaries does not allow any action to be taken against any of the employees if he reports such violations in good faith if such violations are not proven.
